With reference to the Sudan Customs Authority letter dated 9 November 2025, please be informed that Sudan has officially adopted the Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) .

Implementation of the ACD program will become mandatory on 1 January 2026 for all shipments destined for Sudan.

Additionally, the ACD certificate must be obtained at the loading port, and the ACD number must be clearly stated on the Bill of Lading.

 

关于苏丹海关总署2025年11月9日的信函，请注意，苏丹已正式采用货物进口预申报制度。从2026年1月1日起，所有运往苏丹的货物都必须申请Sudan ACD。此外，必须在装货港获得ACD证书，并在提单上明确注明ACD编号。

2-商业发票
3-运费发票
4-原产地证书
出口商、航运公司和货运代理有责任确保所有货物（包括车辆、机械、卡车和所有普通或散装货物）都有有效的ACD号码。
