As directed by the Ministry of Ports and Marine Transport (Ref. No. XW/WDGB/89/09/2025, dated 30 September 2025), effective 14 October 2025, all containers arriving at any port within the Federal Republic of Somalia must be accompanied by a valid Electronic Cargo Tracking Number (ECTN).
Note:
1-The ECTN number must be clearly indicated on the Bill of Lading.
2-Any cargo without a valid ECTN will not be accepted for shipment or discharge at Somali ports.
根据港口和海运部的指示（参考号XW/WDGB/89/09/2025，日期为2025年9月30日），自2025年10月14日起，所有抵达索马里联邦共和国境内任何港口的集装箱都必须附有有效的电子货物跟踪号（ECTN）。
注意：
1-ECTN编号必须在提单上明确标明。
2-任何没有申请ECTN的货物将无法在索马里港口装运或卸货。
