我司近期已收到目的港关于加蓬BIETC的新规要求，仅此提醒各位尊敬的申请人，此项新规已即时生效。考虑到部分发货人尚不知晓此BIETC最新规定，我司将给与1周的过渡时间，以便各位申请人可以提前适应和调整。
自2024年9月1日起，所有出口货物申请加蓬BIETC，必须按照新规严格执行。根据加蓬海关的补充说明，逾期未遵守新规的BIETC申请，将面临BIETC文件拒签和额外的目的港海关罚款。
Reminder of BIETC Procedure :
1- The BIETC Draft is obtained before the loading and departure of the vessel, as indicated by the Article 4 of Decree 00188/MT of 16 February 2015 laying down the terms and conditions for the issuance of the BIETC.
2- The Approved BIETC is obtained after the ship’s departure, upon presentation of the final BL, within the deadlines according to zones, as follows as indicated by the Article 9 of Decree 00188/MT of 16 February 2015 laying down the terms and conditions for the issuance of the BIETC.
